Strongman Flipping 10 am Sunday July 1st.

Last Sunday Big Paul came down and Fabian: back from a back injury and Ron from Club Kung Fu. WE had a to of fun.
Thursday Night was just me. Was doing reps of 20 Reps in the 90 degree heat... Must be getting back on track. Hope 2 see you out there on Sunday AM!

Hi Gang... sorry but I am gonna be in NJ on Father's Day Sunday... so we will have to have it next week... Stay tuned and make sure to buy daddy the same electric razor you got him last year... or get him in shape by flipping tires!

Sorry gang. Puddles on the field. Too Wet for tire flipping today (Sunday 6/10)...so no flippin today. Yes, I feel like the girl in this drawing. Stay tuned though will flip tomorrow or tuesday after school, thursday and then Next Sunday if all goes well!
