If you want to come down and flip tires with the "old man"... do so at your own risk, I am not your mommies (even if I am prettier than some of them). If I tell you to scram--do so. We all help each other and WE ALL CLEAN UP. Bring water and an indomitable will. Check the blog 1 hour before you come down if there is foul weather or just in case--stuff happens. Subscribe by email or blog-reader to get updates (so I don't get 50 texts everyday). And, P.S. Meditate...It is the true Strongman Training.

Thursday Madness! New Girl Nat Flips the 450!

Mike, Ian, Andre, Ben and NEW GIRL Nat showed up to play on Stairs Day and New Girl Nat showed us all up by being our second girl ever and our FIRST GIRL to flip the 450 lb. tire! Here that all of you boys?! (Ian screwed up the film so no vid on Nat!) There's a new sheriff in town and HER name is NAT! Ben at 150 flipped the 650 with ease (as he has been for the past 6 years or so). The other boys had good workouts and I did tons of stairs with the 100lb. bag. Getting there........... (Vids of Ben and I below). Next flippin on Sunday 10 am.

Full House at Strongman Sundays in CT.

Full House at Strongman Sundays in CT. So good to see old friends coming back: Eugene from City Wing Tsun and Erick From Stamford. Eugene brought his Muy Tai bud: Big Ben. And Erick brought our first woman strongman: Ex military Leslie came to flip! Both got after it in true strongman fashion. It helps an old fart heal up with all his peeps there so come on down and join us! Next date is Thursday 4:45 @shs. And then Sunday @ 10 am.

Ty, Chris and Paul...The Crew ia growing again!

Big Ty and his son Chris came down to flip with me today (Thurs) ... nice to finally have some company.  Big Ty dropped 40 pounds! Looks amazing. Way to go my friend!








Big Paul N., my old friend from Dream Knights was down two Sundays ago, along with Fabian and Ron from Club Kung Fu. Paul is JACKED (see video).(Finally posted the vid...sorry for the Delay)
