Well it's almost official. They made us a banner and everything! Spread it around!

SHSAA Black Knights Strongman & Athletic Competition

*June 14th @ 9:00 am in Boyle Stadium

*This is citywide high school competition to see who has the best athletic team in the Stamford area. Get a group of 6-10 of your strongest and fittest high school friends and represent the Black Knights against Catholic High, Westhill and others - also other teams from Stamford High! *Girls and boys and co-ed teams welcome! Who is in better shape:  The Football Team, The Track Team, Wrestling, Lax? Join the fun and find out June 14th at SHS 9 am. Fun, prizes and bragging rights. *Cost is $10 per person, or your team can get a sponsor whose name will be put on our event t-shirt.*Don't just talk about who's the best athletes in the school and the city... step up and prove it.

STRONGMAN CITY WIDE COMPETITION JUNE 14th SHS

ATTENTION Coaches, we are hammering out the final details for a Stamford High Strongman Competition for SHS, Westhill, and Catholic on June 14th, Saturday at 9am.

We might finally get on the map and be legit. Trying to make this an SHS tradition and then extend it out to the FCIAC next year. Stay tuned for details, but I will need all hands on deck that day if you can, so please set it aside now. And if you could attend the next Sundays leading up to it to plan and discuss the event with me, I will need MUCHO, help, that would be awesome!
