If you want to come down and flip tires with the "old man"... do so at your own risk, I am not your mommies (even if I am prettier than some of them). If I tell you to scram--do so. We all help each other and WE ALL CLEAN UP. Bring water and an indomitable will. Check the blog 1 hour before you come down if there is foul weather or just in case--stuff happens. Subscribe by email or blog-reader to get updates (so I don't get 50 texts everyday). And, P.S. Meditate...It is the true Strongman Training.

SUMMER @ CAPSTRONG.COM

Summer is almost here and CAPSTRONG.COM will resume for schedules and pix, etc. As on now workouts are on Sundays at 8 ish am. and As of June 23rd ish there will be TUESDAY & THURSDAY workouts at 5ish PM.

SHS Students who are invited your parents have to know we are not responsible for your injuries over the summer. Otherwise DO NOT COME! That goes for everyone who comes : This is not a school sponsored workout! It is private. It is free and it is not responsible for you if you get hurt. If that is not to your liking DO NOT COME. And I can ask you to leave at anytime if I want to. Deal with it. My toys, my sandbox.
