If you want to come down and flip tires with the "old man"... do so at your own risk, I am not your mommies (even if I am prettier than some of them). If I tell you to scram--do so. We all help each other and WE ALL CLEAN UP. Bring water and an indomitable will. Check the blog 1 hour before you come down if there is foul weather or just in case--stuff happens. Subscribe by email or blog-reader to get updates (so I don't get 50 texts everyday). And, P.S. Meditate...It is the true Strongman Training.

No Flipping Today (Thursday) 10/13

Okay, (grumble) dang weather has foiled our plans. BUT that doesn't mean you shouldn't workout, girls! So go to WT or press your Great Dane or lift a Bob's Big Boy... but get after it!

Sunday still looks good! I will see you all then! These old ladies lift more than you! Get to training!

Thursday Strongman 10/12

Okay, should be a 2:30 Strongman tomorrow (Thursday) weather permitting.

Also, this Sunday at 10:30 am, girls. Bring your ca-hones and som'n to drink and come on out.

Might break out the stone... Might. I have a WT test Tuesday and... we'll see. I also am going to start putting up instructional videos, how to flip a tire...how to catch a fish with a 2x4. How to push a sled. None of it will be "right" but how we do it so if you don't like the videos, piss-off. Go critique your mom's Scooby-doo skivvies collection, she cares what you have to say, puska.
