If you want to come down and flip tires with the "old man"... do so at your own risk, I am not your mommies (even if I am prettier than some of them). If I tell you to scram--do so. We all help each other and WE ALL CLEAN UP. Bring water and an indomitable will. Check the blog 1 hour before you come down if there is foul weather or just in case--stuff happens. Subscribe by email or blog-reader to get updates (so I don't get 50 texts everyday). And, P.S. Meditate...It is the true Strongman Training.

Great Thursday Workout w. Chris, Steve and Brian from LRC.

The weather held so my Boys from LRC: Chris, Brian, and Steve came down to stomp in the yard. First-timers Chris and Brian didn't have anything fall off (yet) so it was a good day. Big Steve found out why we say it is Central Nervous System-intensive and that Strongman is a marathon not a sprint! But at 15 he is crushing it. Of course the poor bastiches had to listen to the old man ramble on and on because I had a Monster drink... HA! Suckers. So good to have more and more newbs join our ranks...and of course it is helping me get back to full strength. So, thanks boys! See you out there. Sunday is our next day...10am.
